To work as a disability support worker in NSW, every applicant needs to have a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance. You can find information on this via this link:

A senior first aid certificate is also a pre-requisite for employment as a support worker.

Although relevant life experience is highly valued, Lifeskills Plus encourages applicants with formal disability qualifications.
